I needed some some help for Flag graphics, what did the Flags of Serbia, Montengro, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and Albania look like in the Period of 1906-1913??

Did a quick search on Google: serbia historical flag. Found these: Albanian flag (1912), etc.. You'll probably find more at the same site (www.crwflags.com). Often, www.fotw.ca also has a good collection. Sorry this isn't more thorough, but I'm late for work.

Weren't most of these countries part of the Ottoman Empire before 1912?

No they weren't... only Bulgaria with 'dependant' in 1908 (thats the last one

I recently downloaded some flags. How do I use them? The instructions included weren't very clear.
