Flash CS3: Stuck on Oval Tool, Unable to change to Rectangle Tool

I am trying to learn Flash CS3 but I am having some difficulties with "Shape" Tool being stuck on a particular shape after using it. When there aren't any shapes draw it is possible to change between shapes but now that I drew an Oval it is stuck on Oval Tool. I tried to make a new layer and then tried again to use a different tool but it is still stuck on Oval Tool.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong?
