Flickering graphics

And it flickers like crazy!

Anybody seen this?

Using Radeon 9800 PRO on intel 2.4Ghz.

Never had this before but now I am getting it on Vanilla, Warlords and Railroads.

this solved my problem I had with the same effects with the same graphic card.

Tried new windows install and reinstall of civ.No luck (
