According to reports from CNN, Ford and UAW have reached an agree in which auto workers will accept lower pay:
Now compare this to what I used to make as a first-year associate at Davis, Polk & Wardwell, one of the most prestigious law firm in the US:
annual pay = $125000, which equals about $2400 per week. I worked about 70-90 hours a week. So hourly pay = $24-$34. A mere half of what these auto workers who build unreliable cars make. Considering that putting wheels on a car does not require any education beyond middle school, let alone college and graduate school, I probably should have picked a different career.
