Fortify All / Multi Unit Selection

Is there a way to do this? Fortify all units in a particular tile and/or select a bunch of units in a tile easily? Thanks. Pressing F over and over again is a pain the ass. Also after I do a bulk unit upgrade I have to re-fortify every single unit is there an easy way to do this or what.
So far my military is some 210 units or so in 1400ad and I still need a few more armies so thats a lot of F presses.

I've never found a way to bulk fortify, but to bulk select you can press the shift key when you right click the stack, and click down the list for the units you want active. Not exactly bulk, but better than clicking and selecting one at a time.

Sanaz thats something else that doesn't work right. If the list is too long (i.e. too many units) then holding shift doesn't work and you have to scroll down the list to activate the units at the bottom.

In patch 1.21 upgrading no longer wakes fortified units. Likewise, pressing 'J' for stack move does not wake fortified units.
