I just downloaded Civ 5 via Steam. The games loads fine, but very soon after you start a new game it freezes. Have tried closing and restarting the game multiple times and have the same result. My graphics card is ATI MOBILITY RADEON HD 4650 1GB. If anyone has any ideas, they would be much appreciated! Thank you!

- What operating system do you have? Are all service packs installed?
- Did you update graphic cards drivers and directX?
