Freezing after end of turn, A New Dawn

Love A New Dawn. Awesome addition to BTS!!!

After I click to end turn, the music keeps playing (for a while) but the game completely freezes. Difficulty getting to desktop as well (have to ctrl - alt - del and end process).

Windows 7 professional 64bit, intel i7 @ 2.4ghz, 8GB ram, SSD...

I had the same issue earlier in the same game which was fixed by setting the units per tile -- it was on infinite and I set it to 60, worked great until now.

Any help with how to diagnose/what to try next would be great. not sure if this is the right way to post but searched and haven't been able to find any solutions elsewhere. Thank you

There's a bug reporting thread, anyway nothing we can do at the moment because I'm away from my modding PC for some weeks, sorry.

Thank you , wasn't sure if it's a bug or there was something obvious I was missing...are most people able to play a game all the way through on huge map? What year can expect to make it to..?

I've played with the latest revision up to modern era with no issue, large map, with Revolution and Mega Civ Pack
