How can you tell if the person is male or female?

The male has a penis, and the female has boobies. I'm surprised you don't know that.

How immature of a grown man to call female secondary sexual organs "boobies".

This is exactly what threads claiming to discuss culture lead to.

    The problem is that
    1) Culture is hard to define
    2) There is not really a specific French culture, nor a British, an Italian, an American, a Chinese.

The French "culture" is made of many different aspects, and most of them are shared with other countries. For instance, French and Italian food culture are similar. But French had more colonies than Italians, so we won't have the same point of view about immigration.

Well, I think French 'culture' is pretty strong... But French people who care about culture tend to base their culture on nationalism which is always a wrong thing to do. At least, that's what I think about it.

Do not forget French girls ! Here we have a lot of them, classy and all, they're part of our culture, and we certainly mean to protect them from looking like foreign women. Which means a ban on fast food. :D (Good) food, wine and women : that is culture at the root !

In fact, we have most of the French girls here. They are few elsewhere.
They even represent around half of our population.
    Hmm...
I suppose in Mongolia they have most of the Mongolian girls...
    ...
I don't really see the point.

If you go to the right places, I think you could get girls being "renowned" from any country in the world. Mexicans, Americans, English, Irish, French, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Polish, Italian, Swedish, Finnish, Czech, Germans, Brazilians, Japanese, among many others are all known for being particularly pretty.

What is the sex ratio in France? (example 109 men:100 women)
