Frigates attacking pikeman...

I've described what happened here. First I get hit by the "transport moves through submarine" bug. Next the Greeks attack the Hittites as well (the greeks weren't at war with them either!), with a frigate!



Note: the save I attached is a rar-file, not a zip-file, but I had to rename it.

Additional info:

Bug: Single player game. Standard rules, no mod. AI attacks city with naval units after friendly submarine encounter.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the save attached.
2. Press enter.

Observed Result:
Frigates will attack the Hittite city.

Expected Result:
Seriously, who expects frigates to attack in the first place?
