Hard to make a choice...
Monty Python's work alone offers TONS of good parodies, from the lupines stealing Robin Hood (pure logic: if you loot the rich they get poor in the process! LOL!) to the great Messiah...
Chaplin as 'Great Dictator' is an all time favourite of mine as well.
@stratego: if you use the attachment feature, you have to watch file size (must be below 100k) as well as valid file extensions. Circumvent size probs by using the upload feature (regard valid file extensions here, too) plus posting a link to the respective location. See stickied FAQ in Civ3 Gen for details. However, my first guess would be that you could do fine if you just zip the file (maybe you want to attach an 'invalid' .mp3 or such).

Not really. Only a very small part of the plot of LoB is directly sending up the bible story. Those parts (eg the sermon on the mount etc) admittedly are parodic.
However, what about the sections concerning Rome (eg what have the Romans ever done for us, Romanos eunt domi, Biggus Dickus etc etc)? In the widest sense, LoB can only really be termed a satire or lampoon which includes some parodic elements.
When Star Wars was re-released as special edition, Saturday Night Live did a series skits on rejected Star Wars auditions. I love Kevin Spacey playing Cristopher Walken audtioning for Han Solo.
There's a comedy series called Spaced that is filled with references and parodies of films. The second series especially was happily recreating Star Wars, Jurassic Park and the Matrix. Mucho fun...one of my favourite comedy series.
