I'm guessing that the English line is about the Falklands, but seeing as it's in Spanish, it's more incomprehensible than it is annoying.
I think Santa is making some assumptions about our 'date'...
It's amusing that the most triggering thing the map-drawer could come up with for Sweden is that they have a more robust system for reporting sexual assault than other countries.
Yeah, Argentina calls the Falklands las islas Malvinas, which is why, in the interest of offending everyone, I insist on calling them las islas Falklands or the Malvinas islands.
Why they didn't just go with the Swedish chef is beyond me. I've learned the Swedish chef annoys the Swedes.
The Falklands comment is tone deaf to actual politics of the last two years. Just write Brexit and be done with it.
Since its the season, received my first Christmas card today from a couple of my friends who were awarded travel grants for Antarctic Research positions. They say things are going great, although they both mentioned some Thing seemed a little off with one of the new peeps lately....
The funniest part of that "wish you were here look how miserable we are" is that they are in the absolute height of summer.
Still a month out from "the height of summer" I'd say. January is warmer than December.
