Should I be ashamed that I had to look up both those names in Wiki...?

Skim-read the entries, still don't get the joke though -- unless that's actually a (modified) Drumph quote...?

It's hilarious because Sam Harris is such an utter goddamn toolbag. Zizek just said it as a joke. I wouldn't be ashamed not knowing who either of them are, Zizek is pretty meme-famous because of his various ridiculous pronouncements including this one, Harris is a two-bit hack who had some time in the spotlight back in the 2000s but hasn't been particularly prominent since. I believe the quote was a response to Harris' essay "In Defense of Torture".

I love Zizek only because of how much he pisses off people I enjoy seeing pissed off.
(Is it just me, or does Zizek look like TFA/TLJ Luke Skywalker?)

The funniest part of this me-me is that I watched this part yesterday. Thinking whether he was similar to Shaka of Zulu in any way... This character died to bring the wall down.

Y'all need to watch Pervert's Guide to Ideology. Zizek is a bit of a nut, and a rather divisive figure here in Chicago, but listening to/reading him is always a ride.

I never did understand why home remodeling was such a big thing in North America. Wonder if Europe is the same.

    Speaking of which...Germany, no.

Do DVDs in Germany not have an age rating on the front?

Usually, yes, but I guess whoever filled that box just looked at the cover-picture ("Hmm, anthorpomorphic animals in primary colours... must be, you know, for kids").

That appears to be the exact box.
    The front offers no information.
The back has the permission label; it's the blue thingy on the lower left. FSK 16.
Obviously the big fat red letters on that additional sticker are more helpful to the random unsuspecting grandma, i suppose.
