Funny Fall from Heaven Screenshots!

Nothing truly unique here, but... well, once I found this I no longer wondered how Keelyn fell to Faeryl so quickly... :P

'Aah! A great place to found my capital city! Only one corner to defend against assault!'

That got me thinking, would it be possible to make spells with python prereqs require that a unit have a certain unique name given to it?

I think it would be quite amusing to add some "cheat codes" like this. I was just thinking it could be funny to play a multiplayer game as soon as I finally release my modmod, and absolutely crush my competition because they wouldn't know yet that units with certain names given to them can summon an unlimited number of Great People, start golden ages, give out free techs, eliminate unhappiness and unhealthiness, etc.

Note to self- If playing magisters modmod, get lots of great engineers

I'm not sure but something felt a little bit off about this event. Maybe someone can explain the lore here.

Imprisoned souls from hell managing to break through the levels instead of falling lower and lower as they are corrupted? then being swept up to the heaven?

Well there was a big group of angels that decided to take a little stroll around your land, and this procession was so beutiful that even the most troubled souls (eg. Crazy axe weilding lunatics...) were comforted and relaxed by the sight....

And if that red circle is to be believed, they were coming from Bradeline's Well. Which is a portal to Arwan's realm, IIRC. I don't imagine Arwan's angels would be especially comforting, seeing as they don't care one iota about the fate of Erebus. Unless they're serving that mage, whose name I don't recall. And that would be worse...

The Lanun would probably settle if they only had a defender unit there. But instead they have brought two settlers. Im guessing this is cause they only have 1 cargo in their ships.

I dunno, I've seen the AI sit on one tile islands with many units before. The sad part is that they'll sit there forever too.

No they would not. There's code preventing the AI from moving units if they can't move into any adjecent plots, to prevent WoC problems. I removed this limitation when surrounded by water in my modmod (as part of the betterseaai option).

Ah, but what does moving have to do with settling? Don't they settle if they can't move? o.O

I doubt it's a bug. It must just be another example of the complex AI to AI diplomacy system: Hanah and Capria are clearly in intense negotiations over who should own that all important plot.

Capria: I really need those two fish resources, you already have enough.

Hanah: Then just trade with us, besides I have 2 settlers there. Only we can full use of this great new continent.

Edit: Wait, why a chariot? No matter how many moves you have there is nowhere to go!

"A powerful enemy arises from the lair!"

Assassin... What? Adnd? Kael has a sense of humor ))).

And in round two- Heman, the ogre warlord with +2 lightning damage xD

Actually I recently came across a bit of code which was added by FfH that makes it impossible for the AI to control their own units if they are unable to move to any of the tiles around themselves. So if you box an AI unit into a corner (or surround it with 8 units in the open field) it would seem that the unit will be forced to just sit there. In the case of a 1 tile island... it is the better mousetrap.

"The young and fresh settler became honored, inspired, and full of self-confidence to be guided by a spirit of such a well-known and loved hero."

Didn't know if I should post this under bugs or here. I posted it here since I don't think this is one of those bugs that end up way down the list of bugs that the team fixes (i.e. not one of the most important ones;)).
