I am making a game where each future invention gives you 5 points. Once you accumulate to 100, you win. Each 5 points unlocks a new invention.

Here's what I have so far

+5 James Webb Space Telescope
+10 Quantum computer
+15 Fusion reactor
+20 Fusion rocket

Does anybody have any cool, creative invention ideas for +25 to +100? I'm looking for out of the box stuff. Everything that I have is too generic.
Also if you could, could you arrange it like I did in a vertical list with the plus sign and the number. Thanks

You ask with the point range 25-100 for future techs even more advanced than the already impressive ones listed up by you ?

In vague order of now to far future:
Gene therapy
AI
3-D printed meat/food
Satellite based solar energy power stations
Space elevator
Geoengineering/terraforming
Black hole engineering
Teleportation
+100 time travel

If you want some more:
Quantum Cryptography (easier form of Quantum computing)
Plasma accelerators (replacement for large scale particle accelerators)
Meta-material cloaking
Cryonics
Artificial gravity
Faster than light travel (as much SF as some of the others I listed before)

Mostly physics based, but that's my background. Looking at the tech trees in any of the Galactic Civilizations or Stellaris might give new ideas. Or even CivBE for that matter.
