Here's what the hell happened to Russia
Russia After numerous combined Chechnyn and Al-Quada attacks on their ill-guarded nuclear power plants, and unneeded wars with China and Iran, the Russian countryside is a barren wasteland. Many people, in an attempt to evacuate higher populated areas, have migrated to areas around the Black Sea and in Siberia. Peter,who became Prime Minister after Putin was killed in Russia by terrorist,has taken steps to heal Russia. First he moved the government to Nizhiny Novgorod. Using most of the Russian Army,he seals the borders from only the most intent invader. He has also hired hundreds of thousands of engineers to hepl sanitize the wastland that is Russia.

Why is the UK the only playable civ?
Lord Arius, in order to change to the civ you want, follow these simple steps:
1.Access the PTW Editor
2.Click on the button that says Player Properties.
3.Browse along the different civs until you find the one your looking for.
4.Once you find the civ, look around for the box that says Human Player,click on it.
5.Say yes to the question it asks.
See, simple.
