I use some of them and some from the previous pack I posted for a
Sci-Fi scenario about the conquest of Mars.I have a lot of work all day this year so I usually fill the night with my CIV passion
I'll post some more icons soon.You can also ask me for any tech you want
and I'll try my best

It's actually pretty easy. You get some sort of graphics program (PSP, I use LView Pro it has an unlimited trial period... ) Figure out the size of the image you need, i.e. if you had a preview for two techs it would be 256 x 128 pixels, bc a large tech icon is 128 x 128. Cut and paste the techs into the new image, and save as a .gif. Post the .gif as an upload. Voila, you're done. Nice techs!
