My usual game in vanilla Civ5 consisted of kerb stomping on Emperor, and struggling on Immortal. However in G&K I'm having a lot more trouble just at Emperor.
My preferred settings are to play on Epic speed speed and large maps, so what kinds of openers are now good? For example is it still most effective to maintain 4 good cities and then go conquering or more now? I still go after the National College and Haghia Sophia but they all seem to be less effective. Teach me!
