Game changing back to Prince

Im trying to play with some friends on Emperor difficulty setting. Ok, I host the game, everyone chooses Emperor and we start to play. No problems there.

But, in the next day when we decide to continue our game, I load the last save and the difficulty setting is now Prince and its impossible to change.

Im wondering if this is a bug or some mistake Im doing.

I've noticed this also.

We've played with a friend and the AI difficulty setting will keep changing back to Prince every time we load a saved game.

I think its a bug just showing the difficulty wrong but I don't know for sure because the AI seem to suck in every game.

Any1 else know anything?
