Game Crashes to Desktop everytime i Click "Start Your Journey"

Hi, i am using several mods (some pretty extensive below) these usually worked before together but now i've wanted to start a new game but everytime i it crashes once i click 'Start your Journey'. Any tips here?

MOD LIST:- all these mods are enabled(and updated as far as i'm aware)

This File is what i believe to be the Crash Log?: Might it be DX11 Crash?
