game crashes when invading city

when attacking a city the game crashes and Norton pop up if I want to allow s3.amazonaws.com. It marked as safe, but I am thinking it's better to ask here if that is part of the game and safe to allow?
I just updated antivirus and did a scan and it doesn't find any threats, but I am kind of paranoid because of all the phishing and scam going on

Never seen that as part of the game, and would be astonished if it was.

I found out it's safe to allow it. It's the program which send reports to Norton when a program doesn't work properly (or something like that).
