Game Crashing After First AI Player Turn

Every time I play on a Huge-sized map, the game immediately crashes after one of the AI player's turn (it's a different player each time). The mods I have are all of The CBP pack and it's included mods, cities in development, exploration expanded, rise to power and map labels.
