2. Start a singleplayer game. (Has happened on multiple settings)
3. Choose a civ. (Happened for both Qin Shi Huang and Ghengis Khan for me.)
4. Cheat using WorldBuilder and give yourself a victory. (Has happened on Domination, Diplomatic, Cultural, and Conquest.)
c. There is no flag or any way to tell other than looking at the ridiculous scores that WorldBuilder was used to cheat.
d. I was under the impression that cheat flagging was a specifically mentioned feature.
