Game GPFs my system

I am at a point in my game where when I end my turn, the next turn the computer drops to the blue screen of death.

I have a save at just before the offending turn. Other than that, things worked pretty well.

I can run Civ IV BTS just fine.

This is the second game this has happened to me. The first one, I just restarted again to see if it was just me, but now it's happenning again. I can only get through about half the game.

I turned down the video to Low, just to see if that would help, but it didn't. I have looked through the forum and have seen that no patch has been promised yet for the game, but I'm hopeful that will change.

I really like the game - what I've played so far has been fun. Just hope I can finish a game someday!

If you can post the save, and tell me the steps to replicate the crash I'll take a look.

Do you play a mod or is this vanilla?

This is a new install, from the CD that I got for Christmas. No Mods. No patches. (Not that any exist!)

All you have to do is play from the saved position.

The very next turn GPFs every time for me.

I will post the file in the downloads section right now.
