Game Graphics Bug/Crash

On an Intel I7 Quad-Core 2.3ghz using a new Radeon HD 5750 1Gig GDDR5

Game randomly locks up with either virticle artifacts or Black Screen of Death. Did not do this on the 4700 Series.

Drivers are updated.

I know, silly question but: How are the graphical settings?
You should not have to, but i advice you to lower them.

DX11, Fullscreen 1650x1050, everything except for shadows settings set to high. Still get verticle lines of doom on both new and old drivers.
