Game Name? bug?

When I try to do a custom game or some scenarios and hit launch, it says that I need a game name, but there's no where to put it. What's up? I called support but they said they couldn't help me. So what's going on?

There is a CivilizationIV.ini file setting called GameName. You might what to check that.

GameName = Denniz' Game
