Rumor has it that they're filming multiple endings, so if something leaks, you may get the wrong ending.
Hopefully they'll include all of them in the DVD to make it worth buying. It would be fun watching one where Cersei ends up winning.

Given Martin's continent naming I'd have expected it to be more northerly. Maybe he thinks of the names, sticks them in a hat, and pulls one out when he names a new town.

Sophie Turner has another X role as Jean Gray and the title role in Josie.
