Game Play Issues

My buddy has the game and every time he plays it only allows him 10 turns before the game is over. He got the 1.61 patch and no matter what type of game, it only allows him to lay 10 turns then the game is over.Anyone know how to fix this problem?

As I posted in the duplicate thread; this indicates he is using a pirated copy of the game or a no-cd crack. Don't use these if you want the game to work.
