Since the new patch came out, whenever I try to start a new game, I get stuck at the loading screen (the screen with the leader quote) no matter how long I wait the green play button does not appear.
The game is not frozen, I can alt-tab, or if I alt-F4 I get the quit dialog box no problem.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
I have verified file integrity (no errors)
Edit: uninstalling and re-installing seemed to have solved the issue.
