RIP Peter, I rather like the ability. Lavras + Commercial hubs + Deity = Allot of free science & culture (as well as allot of gold from trade routes). Allows me to skip campus districts and build theater squares to house my other free great works.

    24. Matthias Corvinus - Raven King [24] 23+1 proper use of city states. Cheap levies, bonus strenght and getting free envoys without the need of sending envoys, pumping their numbers to the pont no AI, even Greeks with Apadana, would still suzerein status from you. The best part of hungarian set, moving them to absolutely the best civs tier.

    38. Shaka - Amabutho [20]
    39. Tamar - Glory to the World, Kingdom, and Faith [18] 21-3 Inproper use of city states. If somehow there is a chance to declare protectorat war, you get a fantastic +100% faith for 10 turns. Why to give Georgia useless Persian +2mov, Chandy's +mov/+str, Gilgamesh no greviances, totally useless bonus production of Bruce on specific casus belli or totally garbage +100% production after liberation Curtin has. Because the rest of Georgia set is ultimately weak, let us give Tamar ability that kills all other abilities! let us give her +100% faith for 10 turns after most commonly used casus belli!
Bonus envoy requires to have the same majority religion and if you manage envoys by city state religion, domething is wrong with your gameplay.
OK developers. Wake up. It is time to change Georgian joke abilities/uniques to something useful. Nation with such a great history, culture and tradition clearly deserves it! And after complete Georgian rebuild take care of Khmer too.

    1. Alexander - To The World's End [22] 21 + 1. The mother of all warmonger bonuses. This basically means endless war without worrying about the consequences; if you're going domination you're going to accumulate Grievances anyways, so that isn't really a concern either. Oh, and technically the unique unit (Hetairoi) is part of his ability. Nice

    18. Jayavarman - Monasteries of the King [8] 11 - 3. Building Holy Sites by a river may conflict with the bonus faith of building it next to mountains/Natural Wonders. The culture bomb is good, but Holy Sites aren't really districts you build everywhere

    22. Lautaro - Swift Hawk [2]5-3 the biggest advantage this ability has is it could reduce the grievances you generate by taking cities. The worst is that in domination game you rarley care about grievances and its too much of a hassle to actually use this ability.

    42. Trajan - Trajan's Column [19] there are still some abilities in here that do almost nothing. This here doing something early gives it some staying rights.
    43. Victoria - Pax Britannica [22] 21+1, a free navy is nothing to scoff at. It is a really map dependent ability so i dont see it surviving long but it really frees up your production queue for more important stuff. Also harald will love you. The free melee unit is rarley used.a

    20. Kristina - Minerva of the North [23+1=24] - I loved playing England for the British Museum before Firaxis swapped it for the Workshop of the World. Auto theming is a nice bonus that also greatly simplifies the cultural micromanagement. And Kristina comes back, with buffed British Museum, extended for the rest of great works of art, and bringing a nice unique building, too. It may not be the strongest and most universal ability, but I do greatly enjoy it.

    42. Trajan - Trajan's Column 19+1 [20] Oh come on @Ziad, you can't be serious. The impact of having insta-monuments is just so powerful, your culture progression is snowballing from turn 1. The ability might use its edge in the middle game, but still saves you 240 gold every time you found a city.

    10. Gandhi - Satyagraha [17-3=14] - While it comes for free, the bonus to faith is minimal and requires peace which cannot be fully controlled aside from your own civ. Double WW is not impactful enough.

    25. Montezuma - Gifts for the Tlatoani [22+1=23] - I have a liking of no-investment bonuses and this is one of the better one among them; you will get luxes anyway and the bonus will be with you almost forever. Amenities and combat strength bonuses are great.

    42. Trajan - Trajan's Column [21] = 20 +1 Is this a bad joke? Why buy 'cheap monuments' when you can buy LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE?
    43. Victoria - Pax Britannica [22]
    44. Wilfrid Laurier - The Last Best West [18] = 21 - 3 It's a trap! Tundra tiles are terrible even if you can build farms on them, and this ability makes them barely sustainable if and only if they have resources on them, and then really only for camps. A 1 food 3 production tundra hill or tundra lumber mill (or worse a 3 production 0 food snow hill) makes for a stagnant city. Seems good only to the uninitiated.
