Gaza Crisis: Ceasefire Finally

It would be zero if it was just to kill civilians, they have airplanes and bombs, and the civilians in the drop zone are crammed in tighter than sardines.

True enough. If I were a ground soldier at risk and looking at what is being accomplished I'd be wondering why they didn't just do that.

Of course I was in the 'incinerate everyone and God can sort us out' military, not a ground military, so my ideas on what would be going through their minds is not relevant.

So does this mean that Hamas are running out of rockets? That is the only time they ever stop, but this time is a lot different than the other conflicts because Hamas is nearly isolated from the rest of the Arab world after seeing the threat is coming from Sunni Islam, they are realising that Hamas is just as much a threat to them as the other groups running around. With Egypt also blockading Gaza the support and resupply lines are much less than it was before. Only international pressure is stopping Israel from eliminating Hamas.
