    as far as i know you can tweak it by finding the right variable. but in my mod you can change the values easily

    Hi, thanks for the great work. :) I wonder what might be the intended values by the devs. Since currently WW doesn't retreat, I was looking for this mod. So I am not willing to erase WW completely, I am looking for a solution to bring it on a normal level. Can you help me with this one?

    The whole concept is totally out of whack. I would not mind higher war weariness while at war (as in previous iterations of the game). However, after making peace of taking out the opponent completely, that WW was down to 0 right away (or the turn after in civ4). And war weariness was a lot lower if you were declared on (in fact a war declaration gave you war happiness in Civ3) + war weariness was a lot related how well you did in a war. Not losing units and cities would be a good measure against it.
    The current model is no fun at all.

    as far as i know in my mod you can change the values you need to change. this mod is interchangeable if you have any idea to improve this mod you can share it to me so i can change it

    This effect is pretty easy to achieve:
    Code:
    UPDATE GlobalParameters SET Value = 5000 WHERE Name ='WAR_WEARINESS_DECAY_PEACE_DECLARED';
    UPDATE GlobalParameters SET Value = 500 WHERE Name ='WAR_WEARINESS_DECAY_TURN_AT_PEACE';
    
    Once peace is declared you lose 5000 and then 500 per turn thereafter, default is 2000 and 200 respectively. To get 5000 war weariness isn't easy but you can always make that an insanely high number like 50000 to basically erase war weariness as soon as you're at peace. The settings above have worked well for me so far, war weariness can still be an issue while you're at war but it is effectively gone as soon as you're no longer at war.

    I think the biggest problem is that it doesn't differentiate between wining and losing the war. If you're wining you should be able to carry on without much negative effect internally, if you're the defender and successfully defending you shouldn't take the hit that you do, etc.

    Hi there.

    FYI, it looks like your mod has the same mod id that Dale's Religious Border Control. Because of it, both mods can't work together.
    Dunno who used the mod id of the other as they have been both released same day.

    I did change the mod id myself in one of the mods, but not everyone would know how to do it.

    Just thought you should know. I did advise Dale as well.
