[GEM v1.051] Slingers obsoleting at the wrong tech

So I was able to build my Slingers after discovering archery but once I got Construction they became obsoleted. In vanilla this makes sense because thats when composites come aroung, but in GEM the composites were moved to Mathematics.

BtW this might this might also happen with archers, but I only noticed it now with Incan Slingers.

Just noticed that Archers obsolete at Construction as well.

I think this will be an "armies" change soon but we could obviously address it in the meantime since the composite bows were changed (by disabling their tech change back to construction until archers are changed?).

Yep, for now I guess i'll just make sure to get Mathematics before Construction

Could just disable this in GER_General.xml in research folder. (Bold is the change you'd have to make, or just copy over)

That would take care of it until armies gets added on to change archers and UU archers.
