How do you change the pictures of the civ leaders and how do you change the gender of the leader that you are.:crazyeyes

OK. The basic answer to your question is: you don't.
The game comes with one leader per civ.
The not-so-basic answer is: you use the editor to modify things, and add new graphic leaderheads. I haven't done it myself, but I am sure someone will come along and give you a more complete answer.
You might want to check out some of the stuff on the Creation and Customization forum for more detailed info.
Edit: I don't want to sound like I'm blowing you off. You asked a valid question. If what you are really asking is HOW to accomplish the editing, then I sincerely hope one of our quality modders comes here and gives you the straight sh!t.
