DISCLAIMER! WHILE THIS IS SOMEWHAT OF A "MEME" MOD, I INTEND TO MAKE IT HAVE ACTUAL FUNCTIONALITY AND BE ENJOYABLE TO PLAY.
That out of the way, here is the first build of my Twitch Chat mod!
Civ Ability:
Kappa: Can break any diplomatic promise with only half the penalty.
Leader Ability:
Bakana: Gains an additional military card slot and can build encampments in half the time. All units gain double XP (XP modifier is still broken :/)
Unique Units:
Pleb: Is weaker than the warrior, which it replaces. However, it only costs half the amount of production a warrior does.
Weebswordsmen: Has 2 more strength than the Infantry, which it replaces. In addition, it only costs half the maintenance and provides Great General points on kill. (Great General points sadly is not working right now.)
Unique District:
Twitch Chat: Replaces the Entertainment Complex. Provides 2 amenities instead of 1 and costs half the production an Entertainment Complex does. In addition. it functions like an encampment in the sense that it has its own health and provides zone of control.
That should be everything. As a side note, unit/district Icons and models are currently bugged, as we currently have no way to set them. A readme is provided with the .rar file.
