I've been playing Civ4 on the first 2-3 difficulty settings to get the hang of it. I've been dominating the ai, but can't seem to get too high on the rankings (dan quayle, etc.). any tips on how to get higher? i'm ready to move on to a higher difficulty, but the ranking has me miffed!
