Your Lua.log is empty (meaning either you didn't get into the setup screen or another mod is replacing the setup screen), and the error in Database.log are related to another mod (the one with "Core/AgonyEvelynn_Colors.xml" and "EvelynnMoment_RaF.xml")

During the game, progress 220 - 330 the game crashes to the desktop.
System specs are: AMD Athlon X4 760K, 4035 MHz, 16GB ram, GeForce 750Ti (2 GB), Windows 10

Yes, late game crashes on larger maps is a known issue with the game since Gathering Storm, nothing I can do on the mod's side, hoping for a patch from Firaxis.

As said on the map tool tip, only use it with the region selection until then...
