Well im shooting for the pop domination victory. THe level is at 43% i reach it only to find its been raised to 46%, i reach that to find its been raised to 47%. I reach that and now its 49% -_- when will it stop?

You have to have x% more pop than your nearest rival. Btw, you need both pop and land to win a dom victory, not just one.

I think you have to have double the population and land area of the next biggest civ, so the threshold will often move around like this (there's also a minimum amount you have to get regardless of other civs).

You mean its that hard to get the pop required? I always seems to win by domination accidentally.

Oh, I forget, I usually whack the second largest Civ and take his city and pop as mine.

Youy always need ~64% land and something like 50% more pop than your closest rival.

Land changes too... just won with 58% land / 48% pop ...

Nearest rival had something like 15% land and pop... so 58/48 might be the minimum...
