Giving specific great works through modifiers or LUA?

I would like to add a leader trait that "Palace starts with a (specific) Great Work of Music". I would like to ask:

1. Is there any modifier that can grant specific great works directly?
2. If not, is it possible to give a specific great work to a leader through LUA?
3. Or is it possible to make a Great Musician that produces a great work immediately after he is spawned?
