Our people are quite happy with these, we welcome students from around the world to come study there. We plan to also build universities in Jamaica this turn.

The Philippines will not split into two. But we will also not have a civil war on our hands. We would like to put forth an idea to create a state system, similar to the USAs so that the southern island will be under control by a Muslim goverment and you will have more freedom. What do you say?


About the downing of the USA's space station
Whatever group has decided to postpone scientific progress and killing 3 innocent people will not be allowed to continue on. We earge whatever group that has done this to compensate the USA for destroying the USA's space station. If not they will feel the wraft of the Philippino Army.

On The USE and India's movement to free people
We compliment you on your sucsess and hope that we can improve our relationship. We hope that you continue to stride to free people by alowing a free market and a free goverment.

AF - ALF conflicts
The Philippines backs the AF but if the people of Nigeria don't want to be a member of the AF I would advise the AF to hold elections there.

Changes of goverment in Europe
The Philippines is quite distraut by the spread of Fascism. We have no opion on the new communist countries.

Coasta Rica and El Salvador

We are outraged by these moves. The Philippines was planing on having peaceful changes in El Salvador. And the attack on Costa Rica is moronic, a democratic country. We demand the demand holding of elections in Costa Rica.

Brazil and the Ven.
We are quite pleased you were able to dispense of the rebels so quickly.

China and Indian Ships
We do pray that you will be able to capture the culprets of this attack. The Philippines will be willing to help you in any way. Nuclear weapons shouldn't be used except as a last resort.

Hungry
Democracy is excelent! You will enjoy it .

CU colonies
We believe that they shouldn't be kept against there will. If the people wish to be there own country they should be released if no other solution is able to be acomplished.

Spain for Olymipc games!
The United States of Europe (spain) would liek to invite Goober Rogge to consider it as the next olympic location. Any climate necessary, winter or summer, is found in spain, with coastal cities like rome or venice or Barcelona perfectly suited for such a game, or for the winter olympics the cities of Bern or Geneva switzerland. For any season the cities of Paris and London are well suited and ready for olympic games. Security is not a problem, as the Spanish can ensure that every single citizen will have his or her rights protected, and will be safe from terorrist attacks.

I must remind all PC nations that you must nominate ONE CITY for the games (well, 1 for the Summer, 1 for the Winter, in a package, if needed), and yes, the Games are combined winter/summer to make things possible.

To the Olympic Committee, the nation of Israel proposes the city of Haifa for the 1971 Olympic Games

Haifa is now the second largest city in Israel, after Tel Aviv-Jafa. It was somewhat in the fallout, but it was cleaned rather quickly and was one of the main areas where the re-immigration came. The new Jewish settlers coming to Haifa have rebuilt the city, almost from the ground up. Its population exceeds 300,000, and is confident it can support an Olympic Games. There is enough open land, and a 2 coliseums with Maccabi Haifa & Hapoel Haifa.

Haifa is a clean-air, low crime city. There is great enthusiasm among the Haifan and Israeli populace about the Games coming to Israel, and we feel this is the best Israel has to offer. We thank the Olympic Committee and Goober Blix for considering our proposal.
