Share your good deeds here. What did you do to help the world today?

Don't try to pretend to be altruisic now, everyone knows true goodness feels good and is it's own reward. Shoot, that's the main reason for this thread, I want to find good ways to 'get out of myself' (& my ever spinning mind) for awhile.

I can't say much for TODAY, but I did stick up for a friend on a message board and I helped someone out in health class. Doesn't count for much, but meh. =\

I killed a mosquito (keep fighting and were have 'em!)
I helped my girlfriend out with some homework (that's kind of part of the job requirement though isn't it?)

I was going to give a homeless man money but then, when I actually had change, he left.

Um...besides that...I gave some of my friends money at lunch when they asked.

I was farting less than last night when my g/f was over. So I saved world from gases that are destroying ozone cover.

Well, I keep going out of my way every day to drive over to my friend's workplace in the evening and give him a ride home, using up my gasoline on these winter roads, because he doesn't have a car at the moment. Does that count?

Today when I got home from work my dog came out to meet me. As usual he ran down the fence racing with the neighbour's dog. The neighbour's dog became entangled in the end of the fence and started yelping. When I went to see what was up his paw was caught by a barb from the barbed wire fence. I reached through grabbing the fence with one hand and his paw with the other and freed him.
This dog is a mean ass Rotty and I thought he was going to eat my hand he was so worked up.

Did you really encourage self-sufficiency, or did you put him a nickel short of a warm meal on a cold night?

i enlightened my earth science class about the horrors of air pollution and ways to prevent it(sure it was a required speech, but at least i gave them easy follow up questions to get an easy A) i also loaned 2 girls money. to achieve balance in my life though i slammed a door on a friend and annoyed some girl by keeping a door open to let the cold winter air in(i think she's cold blooded)

I paid someone to write an essay for me. I also gave someone half of my sandwich at lunch.
