Goody Hut bug, or no?

Here's an interesting screenshot I took. I have never noticed this before in any version of Civ3. I don't think of it as that big of a deal but I also know that goody huts are suppose to disappear when inside a civ's territory.

Your map isn't up to date. That hut is popped, you just don't know it.

Ahh, I see. Just never seen that before. It may be right, but it just looks wrong.

You could see it in Civ3 and PtW on occasion.

Next time you have a unit pass by that way you will see the hut is gone.
