Well, Elvis returned in PTW, Einstein's back in C3C, when will we get that taxman as a unit from Civ2?

I'm guessing the scientific leaders don't get names like military leaders do. Kinda a shame, I imagine finding names of science-leaders would be a fairly easy task...
