I'm making a small tweak for Gandhi and I want to have it so when he makes a holy site he gets a free envoy. I'm new to civ6 modding and I managed to piece the other abilities I want him to have but this one is tricky! Looking up the acropolis in districts.xml it shows a district modifier is being added. However, if I were to code it the same way ALL holy sites would give envoys and not just Gandhi's heheh.
Essentially, how would I go about adding a leader trait that grants an envoy on completing a specific, non-unique district?
