[GRAPHIC MODCOMP] City Buildings - vs 0.1

For starters, it's not (that) much.

I added 6 graphics (originally from :bts:) to the plains -and meso cities, credits for the graphics due to Refar and Firaxis.
I also included an Asian artstyle (credits for the graphics to Firaxis and Ganart) in request of younflancy, and to top it added his work on a New China civ.
Cream on the pie is that the Asian townhall, weavers house/shop/factory has gotten an Asian overlay. This was a test to see how hard it would be to do it.

To get the New China civ to work, open the CIV4CivilizationInfos.xml file and do a search for BEGIN CHINA BLOCK and END CHINA BLOCK. Remove those lines and the Chinese civ becomes available. Nothing specific must be done to have the added native city buildings ingame.
