I have a less than ideal Graphics Card (GT 220M) and as it's a laptop, upgrading is not an option.

I'm pretty much just playing with most options set to Medium right now.

Are there any particular options which are more important than others. For example, should I turn up anti-aliasing even if that means I need to set other options to low/minimum?

I'm kind of clueless on what the Graphic Options even mean, tbh.

AA is usually the last thing you will want to crank up. Especially on a laptop with high pixel density ;)
