Hello, nice forum, i just joined.
I hope you can help me with this, you see, yesterday I instaled Civilization IV, after trying to execute it Windows Vista showed a message saying that the game was incompatible with the operating system, I executed it anyways, everything went perfectly exept from one little detail... every thing was flashy and everything was blinking, the menu, the letters, the opening video, everything. I though It was a compability problem so I instaled the lastest patch I could find and upgraded my game to 1.7.4.0 version.
The incompatibility message won't appear anymore, but when I executed the game I had the same blinking problem.
Then I instaled Warlords (version 2.1.3.0) and Beyond the Sword (version 3.0.0.91) hoping they would work, but I had the same problem. Everything runs pefectly exept for the fact everything blinks...
I will show you a screenshot.
And, you may need my System Specifications...
OS: Windows Vista Starter
HD: 160 GB SATA
RAM: 1 GB DDR2, but it seems that the video eats up to 768 MB.
Processor: Intel D 3.00 Ghz
Video: SiS Mirage 3
And, here is the analysis done by Direct X...

I have search in many other pages for a solution to my problem but I cant find anything, I hope you can help me.
