Whenever one of the units finds a natural wonder, it locks the view to an extreme closeup of that feature, which rotates. When you hit end, that feature remains and the view remains locked on the natural wonder (closeup) although you can "play" normally.
If you go to the main menu and reload, the problem remains.
If you quit the game and reload, then it doesn't.
