I have been playing Civ 4 on this laptop for a while. Its barely up to spec for playing, but it works. I recently started getting these graphics glitches. I installed BtS hoping it would fix them but it did not. Attached are the dxdiag file and 2 screen shots. Any help on this issue would be appreciated.

Ok, I don't know what kind of video card that is in your DxDiag so I'm just gonna be able to suggest the generic "Update DirectX." If that doesn't help I don't know what to tell you. Did this happen when you updated your version of Civ4? Did it just occur one day when starting the game?
I think it started happening after one of the patches way back when. I haven't played on the laptop in forever but was out of town this weekend and wanted to try it. I loaded BtS hoping that would solve the problem but it did not.
I am pretty sure DirectX is as up to date as it will get as well as my graphics driver. I tried uninstalling, deleting all the Civ4 related folders and then reinstalling into a different directory but that did not help.
Any other suggestions?
