It should remain neutral and open to all countries, no nation should own it, like no nation controls Antarctica.

As it appears, it is not heading just to insignificance, it is heading towards extinction. The catastrophic demographic situation, economy failing to provide a decent living standard, moral and social collapse and exhausting military buildup could bring Russia to its end as a nation.

They have one last chance to start acting reasonably. If they miss it, they're screwed and I won't be the one who will regret that.

and Stalin, oh praise him, if it wasnt for him, Russia wouldnt be the Great superpower it became, even though it costed a great deal of life during Stalin's regime, no one never industrialized a country that fast in that small amount of time, if someone was in his shoes during his times, then he probably would improve Russia as much as Stalin did...

Industrialization is nothing if you kill the population off who are supposed to work in the industry.
