Great Person Scaling details?

Since July, some Great People's abilities have have scaled. I wanted to put the details up on the wiki, but unfortunately the formulas have proven very hard to find.

Does anyone have (access to) the formulas?

• Great Writers now scale based on # of owned Great Works.
  • Every GW you have increases the value of your cultural instant yield by 3%.
• Great Artists now scale based on # of active art themes.
  • Every themed art set increases base value of Golden Age turns (4) by 20%.
• Bulbing of Great Scientists, Merchants, and Engineers now scales based on the number of GP UIs of their type you own.

• Great Artists' Golden Age (instant Golden Age) ability increases by ??? per ???.
• Great Musicians' Concert Tour (instant ) ability increases by ??? per ???.
• Great Scientists, Merchants, Engineers have their "bulb"/instant yield (, , ) abilities increased by ??? per corresponding unique improvement (Academy, Town, Manufactory) that you own. [is this per tile owned, or UI built by yourself?]
